The problem
The department needed to review extensive internal rules and documents against changing regulations. A general-purpose chatbot could not reliably answer from internal sources or compare them with new requirements.

Monthly regulatory comparisons
Collected regulatory updates through APIs and automated a monthly comparison with internal rules.
Integration with the working environment
Implemented daily document ingestion, the chatbot server and integration with the company’s single sign-on.
The outcome
Delivered a pilot that tested retrieval and regulatory comparisons using actual working documents. After the pilot, the client asked about follow-up work including additional sources and report drafts.
