1. Purpose

These terms define the rights, obligations and responsibilities of 바이트크레오 (the “Company”) and users in relation to this website (the “Service”).

2. Definitions

“Service” means the website operated at bytecreo.com. “User” means a person using it under these terms. “Project services” means AI adoption consulting, AI workflow automation, and web/mobile development provided under a separate client agreement. “Content” includes inquiry information submitted by users.

3. Publication and amendments

These terms are available from the website or a linked page. Amendments may be made within applicable law, with the effective date and reasons announced at least seven days in advance, or 30 days for amendments unfavorable to users. Continued use without explicitly rejecting an announced amendment is considered acceptance of the amended terms.

4. Scope of the Service

The website provides information about the Company and its project services, receives project inquiries and supports consultations. Project scope, duration, fees, deliverables and warranties are set out in a separate agreement, which takes precedence over these terms if they differ. Submitting an inquiry or attending a consultation does not itself create a project contract.

5. User obligations

Users must not use another person’s information, submit false information, interfere with normal operation, generate excessive automated requests, infringe intellectual-property rights, copy or redistribute the Service without authorization, or violate applicable law.

6. Intellectual property

Intellectual-property rights in software, design and documents included in the Service belong to the Company. Copying, distribution, transmission and derivative works require prior written permission. Users retain rights in content they submit; the Company stores and processes it only as needed to provide the Service, including reviewing and replying to inquiries. Ownership of project deliverables is determined by the separate project agreement, which takes precedence.

7. Service interruptions

The Company may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, replacement, failures, telecommunications outages or other unavoidable reasons. Advance notice will be provided where possible; unforeseen interruptions will be announced without delay afterward. Permanent closure will be announced at least 30 days in advance, and stored inquiries will be deleted under the privacy policy.

8. Limitation of responsibility

The Company is not responsible for service interruptions caused by natural disasters, comparable force majeure or a user’s own actions. Unless caused by the Company’s intentional misconduct or gross negligence, failure to obtain a user’s expected results does not create liability. The Company remains responsible under applicable law for harm caused by its intentional misconduct or gross negligence. Responsibility for project services is governed by the separate agreement.

9. Disputes and jurisdiction

The Company and the user will first seek an amicable resolution in good faith. If an agreement cannot be reached, the court with jurisdiction under Korea’s Civil Procedure Act will hear the dispute at first instance. The laws of the Republic of Korea apply to these terms and use of the Service.
