your existing tools.
We start with your email, spreadsheets, messengers, groupware and ERP. We use LLM APIs, RAG, agents and n8n where they fit, and SvelteKit, Next.js or Flutter to build the product.
We check each AI provider’s data-use terms for the project. An NDA can be signed before consultation. Projects use a separate business-to-business agreement and tax invoices; your own contract template can be used.

We discuss your workflow, what may help, and what is not worth building. An NDA can be signed before the conversation.

Agree on a concrete scope.
You receive a proposal within one week of your inquiry, with deliverables, timing and responsibilities. The project starts under a separate agreement.

Build, review, then hand over.
Review working progress each week. The handover includes source code and operating documentation, followed by 30 days of defect fixes.

Before we talk.
What does byte-creo do?
We provide AI adoption consulting, AI workflow automation, and web and mobile app development. The founder, a senior developer, handles discovery, implementation and handover directly.
Do I need a detailed specification?
No. A few lines about your current situation are enough. The first 30-minute call is free, and we use it to work out whether and where we can help.
Can you build AI that answers from our own documents?
Yes. We can connect an AI assistant to internal documents using retrieval-augmented generation (RAG). We first check data access, permissions and the quality of answers with a small proof of concept.
Who owns the code and accounts?
Work takes place in repositories and service accounts in your name. Ownership of deliverables is defined in the project agreement, and handover includes the code and operating documentation.
How do you handle confidential data?
We can sign an NDA before the consultation. We request only the data needed for the work, mask personal information where possible, and check each AI provider’s data-use terms for the project. Working copies are deleted at handover.
What happens after launch?
We fix defects within the agreed scope for 30 days after acceptance at no extra charge. Further maintenance or new features are discussed separately.
